Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- China Southern Power Grid Co., the smaller of the nation's two electricity distributors, plans to invest 90 billion yuan ($13 billion) next year in its network.
China Southern Power's spending in Guangdong province will more than double to 45 billion yuan, China Electricity Council said in a statement on its Web site today. The investment forms part of a government plan to stimulate growth in the world's fourth-biggest economy.
