(CEP News) - Concerns about the financial sector caused bonds to rally and U.S. stocks to fall on Monday. Shares of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were each down more than 20% after Barron's said the companies will likely fail to raise capital and will be taken over by the U.S. government.
