(CEP News) - Data released Thursday showed a rapidly rising annual rate of inflation in Canada, while in the U.S., the Philadelphia Fed's manufacturing index fell for the ninth straight month. Meanwhile, commodities staged a rally on fears of decreased Russian crude oil supply.
