Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- India's crude oil requirement is expected to rise fourfold over the next two decades, Oil Minister Murli Deora said.
The South Asian nation's oil needs will rise to more than 400 million metric tons a year from the current 110 million tons, Deora said in Greater Noida outside New Delhi today.
Natural gas demand in the world's second-fastest growing major economy is expected to grow fourfold from 40 billion cubic meters in two decades, he said.
