Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Babcock & Brown Ltd., the worst performer on the MSCI Asia-Pacific Index this year, hired corporate advisory firm McGrathNicol & Partners amid a dispute with one of its bankers and as seeks to reduce debt, the Australian Financial Review reported.
McGrathNicol partner and restructuring specialist Peter Anderson, also advising Centro Properties Group as it seeks to sell assets to repay debt, has been appointed by Babcock’s syndicate of 25 banks, the Review reported, without saying where it got the information.
