Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The euro stayed lower against the dollar after European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet said inflation was expected to slow.
The euro was at $1.2830 as of 1:43 p.m. in London, from $1.2954 yesterday. It was at 125.50 yen, from 126.89.
