Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Spain's benchmark stock index, the IBEX 35, rose 0.53 percent at 9:05 a.m.
The index of 35 companies traded on the Madrid Stock Exchange rose 48.00 to 9,164.00. Among the stocks in the index, 29 rose, 4 fell and 2 were unchanged.
Gains in the IBEX 35 were led by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Sa, Gas Natural Sdg Sa and Acs Actividades De Construccion Y Servicios Sa.
