June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in U.S. trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses.
Amerigroup Corp. (AGP US): The manager of government health plans said outpatient medical costs were higher than expected in first quarter.
Darden Restaurants Inc. (DRI US): The owner of the Olive Garden and Red Lobster chains said it expects to earn $2.85 a share at most in fiscal 2010. That trailed the average analyst estimate of $2.89 in a Bloomberg survey.
MGM Mirage (MGM US): The casino company “concluded that there is no longer substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.” The information was disclosed in a regulatory filing.
Oracle Corp. (ORCL US): The world’s second-largest software maker reported fourth-quarter profit that topped analysts’ estimates after customers renewed contracts for product updates and support.
PetroQuest Energy Inc. (PQ US): The oil and gas producer said it’s offering 10 million shares, raising money to fund drilling projects.
PetSmart Inc. (PETM US): The largest U.S. pet-store chain boosted its quarterly dividend to 10 cents a share from 3 cents a share.
