Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) -- U.K. stocks swung between gains and losses as Anglo American Plc and Xstrata Pld followed copper prices higher, countering declines in Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc.
The benchmark FTSE 100 Index declined 15.59, or 0.3 percent, to 5,230.14 at 8:18 a.m. in London, having climbed as much as 0.5 percent earlier.
