Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K., the Japanese unit of Royal Dutch Shell Plc., said it will restart its 120,000 barrel-a-day refinery tomorrow after regular maintenance.
Seibu Oil Co., a subsidiary of Showa Shell and the refinery operator, will restart the plant in Japan's western prefecture of Yamaguchi, Kenichi Morikawa, Showa Shell's spokesman, said by telephone today. The refining unit was shut on Sept. 1.
