Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Idemitsu Kosan Co., Japan's second- biggest refiner, will cut wholesale fuel prices on declining crude oil costs.
The company will cut prices for gasoline by 4.2 yen (4 cents) a liter in the week starting Nov. 3, its said on its Web site. Idemitsu will reduce kerosene prices by 5.8 yen a liter and diesel prices by 1.2 yen a liter.
