Oct. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Vietnamese fuel retailers are considering reducing gasoline prices because of a decline in international oil costs, Tien Phong newspaper reported without saying where it got the information.
Fuel retailers make a profit of about 3,000 dong (18 cents) on each liter they sell, the newspaper said. Before deciding on the extent of any price cut, the retailers will wait for a government announcement on a potential increase in fuel import taxes to 10 percent from 5 percent, the report said.
