Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- ConocoPhillips, the second-biggest U.S. refiner, offered to sell Indonesia’s Belanak crude oil for loading in the first quarter of 2009, said two traders who received offers.
Details of ConocoPhillips’s offer are as follows:

Loading: January-March
Offers close: Dec. 2
