Sep. 11 (Bloomberg) -- France's benchmark stock index, the CAC 40, fell 0.30 percent at 9:05 a.m.
The index of 39 companies traded on the Paris Bourse fell 12.74 to 4,270.92. Among the stocks in the index, 11 rose, 27 fell and 1 was unchanged.
Declines in the CAC 40 were led by Axa Sa, Societe Generale and Bnp Paribas. About 2.86 million shares traded in the CAC 40.
