LG Electronics Says It's Signed Venture Agreement With Conergy

Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- LG Electronics Inc., South Korea's second-largest electronics maker, said it agreed to set up a joint venture with Germany's Conergy AG to make solar cells.

LG is discussing details of the venture with Conergy, Germany's second-largest solar company, the Seoul-based company said in a regulatory filing today, without providing details.
