Oct. 29 (Bloomberg) -- South Africa's rand was little changed against the dollar, reversing an earlier decline.
The rand traded at 10.2900 per dollar by 10:08 a.m. in Johannesburg, from 10.2850 yesterday. Earlier, it fell as much as 1.5 percent to 10.4438.
