Nov. 25 (Bloomberg) -- France's benchmark stock index, the CAC 40, fell 1.38 percent at 9:05 a.m.
The index of 40 companies traded on the Paris Bourse fell 43.92 to 3,128.19. Among the stocks in the index, 10 rose and 30 fell.
Declines in the CAC 40 were led by Axa Sa, Total Sa and Bnp Paribas. About 5.41 million shares traded in the CAC 40.
