U.K. Stocks Update: FTSE 100 Falls 28.48 to 4,141.48

Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- The U.K.'s benchmark stock index, the FTSE 100, fell 0.68 percent at 8:05 a.m.

The index of 102 stocks traded on the London Stock Exchange fell 28.48 to 4,141.48. Among the stocks in the index, 35 rose, 63 fell and 4 were unchanged.

Declines in the FTSE 100 were led by Vodafone Group Plc (Vod Ln), Anglo American Plc (Aal Ln) and Hsbc Holdings Plc (Hsba Ln). About 14.91 million shares traded in the FTSE 100.
