OSLO, Aug 22 (Reuters) - The Norwegian unit of BP said:
* It has awarded Seawell, 73.4 percent owned by Norwegian oilfield services group Seadrill , five-year contracts worth 2.5 billion crowns ($468.4 million) for platform drilling and maintenance services off Norway.
* It has also awared Seawell a 125 million crown contract to upgrade the Ula discovery drilling rig, where drilling will commence in 2009. (Reporting by Oslo newsroom)
