Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- South Korea, the world's second- biggest buyer of liquefied natural gas, increased imports of the fuel by 23.1 percent to 1.76 million metric tons in July from a year earlier, a government report shows.
The cost of importing the fuel jumped by 65.3 percent a ton, the Korea International Trade Association said on its Web site today.
