Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- New South Wales Premier Morris Iemma said he will recall the parliament of the Australian state next week to vote on laws allowing the divestment of electricity generating and retailing assets.
The decision to recall parliament on Aug. 28 and Aug. 29 follows yesterday's report from the auditor-general, which said the asset-sale plan shouldn't be further delayed, Iemma said today in an e-mailed statement.
