(CEP News) - Monday was a relatively slow day in North America. In the U.S., the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) homebuilder confidence survey failed to rebound from a record low. In Canada, a report indicated that foreign investors maintained their interest in Canadian securities, while another release said American travellers are driving across the northern border less and less.
